Pics from my first week at Reservation
The first pic is what I wore to the Friday interview with Exec Chef and Head Chef. The next are cuts from my first week on the job. Yummy. Ahh the life of a cook and the hands to how for it. The last is the Girardet book that Exec Chef loaned me.
I am a Son, Brother and Lover. I am constantly striving to improve my skills, life and otherwise, as a modern renaissance man. I am a friend of all who care to learn more about the world and what they can do to make it better. I am a strong, sometimes stubborn, Scottish - Irish Canadian who considers himself lucky every day. I strive to learn, to teach, to grow and to be. When all is said and done, I hope, that people can look at my life and say this very simple truth; "He lived."
My writing is stream of consciousness and I have often said that when I write it is not me... I am a conduit for something out there in the ether.
I am using words to free from from the deepest and darkest hell of depression and each day I attempt to grow stronger!
